Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Director of Floorcare. This is a hybrid job that is in Raleigh, Charlotte or Greensboro. This role leads operational management, staff oversight, and supply coordination while developing strategic plans to drive profitability, sales, and market share growth through team development, product portfolio optimization, supplier negotiations, and marketing collaboration. Position requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of leadership in floorcare with strong strategic, communication, and organizational skills.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a three-year strategic roadmap for floorcareDevelop the floorcare organization, processes, technology and tools that drive profitability and customer satisfactionDevelop a successful business model that includes developing new and expanding current annuity accounts through annual contract workDevelop plans to successfully follow up and execute on the volume of leads that are being generated by new flooring installsOptimize floorcare product portfolio and grow market share within the company's footprintAchieves sales targets, gross margin, and allocable operating income based on planCreate go-to-market strategies for new markets, managing customer negotiations, and overseeing the three-year strategic roadmap.Understand the floorcare landscape and develop competitive plansOversee programs with floorcare suppliers, negotiating terms and pricingOversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for new and existing marketsCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to capture the "voice of the consumer," positioning the Floorcare business to increase category shareAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunitiesAbility to interpret and communicate financial data to staffAssist with annual budget preparation as well as guiding locations with understanding the financial impact of operational decisions.Requirements:Four-year college degree, or equivalent work experience required3-5 years of floor care leadership experience requiredAble to build trust through character, competence, and connection in order to drive results through clarity, accountability, and support.Extreme integrity, aligning with Core ValuesDemonstrated progressive growth in the field of floor care
