Job Title: Healthcare Data Entry Specialist Location: ONSITE at Louisville, KY 40223 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30 pm ESTPay: Starting pay at $14.00 hourlyGeneral SummaryThe Healthcare Data Entry Specialist is responsible for inputting healthcare data into the required format, ensuring accuracy and completion in the process.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey outside data into the necessary operating system.Manage, organize and properly follow up on accounts requiring clarification to ensure timely captureMaintenance of incoming and outgoing mailSystem updates performed to notate returned mailMaintain quality and production goals set by leadershipMaintain confidentiality of account information at all timesMaintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program Maintain a neat and orderly workstationAssist with other projects as assigned by leadershipEducational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:High school diploma or equivalent is requiredProficient PC knowledge and the ability to type 50 wpm with at least 95% accuracy Excellent organization skillsAttention to detailAbility to effectively work and communicate with coworkersAbility to present oneself in a courteous and professional manner at all timesReliability of task completion and follow-upWorking Conditions:Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.For Remote Work from Home - must have a quiet, private area to perform workBenefits including but not limited to: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, Paid Time OffWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
