No matter what position you hold now, if you're looking for a position with room to grow, we'd love to meet you!What Does Your Role Look Like?Connect and Support - Proactively support electrodiagnosticians by helping strengthen relationships with referral sources and allowing them to stay focused on patient care and provider connection. Serve as a resource for physician offices by coordinating communication, following up on questions or concerns, ensuring offices have current referral pads, and identifying new relationship opportunities throughout the region. Help create a positive experience through meaningful interactions with providers and staff.Drive Clinic Growth - Support the growth of the EMG practice through marketing campaigns, referral development, and strategic relationship-building. Carry out monthly outreach efforts focused on targeted specialties and organizations, including podiatry, orthopedics, neurosurgery, primary care, physical therapy, chiropractic, and hospitals. Help coordinate physician events such as case conferences, in-services, and demo days, while supporting expansion into additional service regions in alignment with the regional plan. Track referral activity, physician engagement, and regional spending to help meet monthly and quarterly goals.Manage Your Day - Self-direct your schedule to support referral relationships, physician office outreach, events, and administrative follow-through across the region. Deliver and set up materials and equipment for meetings and events, distribute marketing materials, manage the regional event calendar, and assist with paperwork, signatures, and other referral-related tasks. Communicate new opportunities and provider feedback to leadership and submit a weekly report to the Regional EMG Manager.Expected Hours: Flexible schedule based on regional needs.Expected Hours: 20hrs/week with flexible days and hours.Compensation - $18/hr - $19/hr. Comfortable interacting with physicians, office staff, electrodiagnosticians, and leadership. Accountable, proactive, and able to identify growth opportunities within the region. Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent required.Able to assist with event setup, materials, and equipment as needed. Healthcare experience preferred but not requiredSalary Description $18 - $19 per hour
