Seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year to support students from PreK through 12th grade. This contract position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time onsite work in a school setting located in Havana, IL. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and appropriate interventions. Provide direct counseling and support services to students to enhance academic performance and emotional well-being. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive school climate. Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education and psychological services. Qualifications: Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure. Experience working with students from PreK-12 in a school setting. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities with students, parents, and staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
