Job DescriptionA well-established outpatient practice in the Chicago suburbs is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, supportive team. Position Highlights:100% outpatient family medicine practice with no inpatient or hospital callSchedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours; 36 patient-facing hours/week plus 4 hours adminAverage patient load: 18-25 patients per dayExperienced clinical and administrative support staffComprehensive primary care services: preventive care, acute illness management, chronic condition oversight (diabetes, hypertension), and health maintenance for all agesPerform routine procedures: joint injections, minor skin procedures, suturing, and women's health servicesCoordinate care with behavioral health, nutrition, and specialty teamsEMR: Epic; strong focus on documentation and regulatory compliancePractice in a growing Chicago suburb with easy access to the city, family-friendly amenities, and excellent schoolsQualifications:MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residencyBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family MedicineEligible for Illinois medical licenseStrong clinical, communication, and patient-centered care skillsCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $275K-$300K + productivity incentivesSign-on bonus and relocation assistanceComprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time offEmployed position with supportive team and work-life balanceThe Community:This growing southwest suburb of Chicago offers the perfect balance of family-friendly community living and easy access to big-city amenities.
