What You'll Do * Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care * Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care * Perform periodontal charting and risk assessments * Take digital radiographs and intraoral images * Partner with the doctor to support diagnosis and treatment planning * Utilize modern dental technology and evidence-based clinical protocols * Build long-term patient relationships that support continued care and health What We're Looking For * Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license * Strong patient education and communication skills * Passion for preventive dentistry and improving patient health * Positive, team-focused mindset * New graduates are encouraged to apply Join Our New Lisbon Team At Midwest Dental - New Lisbon, you'll find a welcoming team, a loyal patient base, and a practice where your voice and clinical expertise truly matter. Schedule (days/hours) Monday-Thursday 8 am - 5 pm lunch from 1-2 approx. Responsibilities What You'll Do * Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols. * Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health. * Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment. * Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient. * Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. Qualifications Who We're Looking For * A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. * Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!) * A current CPR certification Compensation up to $45.00 per hour plus hygiene comp About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
