A healthcare facility serving a culturally diverse population across a large region is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week contract assignment with an immediate start. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services within both the main campus and satellite clinics. The pharmacist will care for a wide range of patients, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric populations. Location: Kaibeto, AZ (Northwestern Arizona on the Colorado Plateau) Schedule & Hours: 7 on/7 off rotation (Wednesday to Tuesday) Alternating shifts Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care and pharmaceutical services in accordance with facility policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams, including surgeons, pediatricians, psychiatrists, and more. Participate in rotational shifts covering days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Opportunity for career advancement through tier levels from Staff Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist. Lead and administer programs to enhance clinical services and quality of care. Provide technical and administrative supervision to pharmacy personnel, including technicians and assistants. Manage clinic operations and ensure compliance with pharmacy policies. Qualifications / Desired Experience: Valid pharmacy licensure (no Arizona license required for this role). Experience in clinical pharmacy settings, preferably with diverse patient populations. Comfortable working varied shifts and rotational schedules. Ability to manage both professional and non-professional staff. Strong communication skills and commitment to cultural sensitivity. Additional Information: Limited shared housing available at $600/month, subject to availability. Strict facility policies prohibit family members and pets in housing.
