American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 3+ years of adult care experience for a night shift travel assignment at an acute care hospital in Fort Smith, AR.Job Details• Inpatient respiratory therapy department at an approximately 300-bed acute care hospital,• Night shift hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM,• 36 hours per week with every other weekend required,• No call required,• No floating required,• Equipment includes Bella Vista Ventilator/Non-invasive, PB 840 Ventilator, Respironics V-60 and Vision, and Airvo High Flow O2,• EMR: Epic,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• RRT credential required; must be a graduate of an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Care with an Associate degree,• Active Arkansas state license required if applicable,• BLS and CPR certifications required,• Minimum 3 years of adult respiratory care experience,• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment unless documented renewal is scheduled,• No employment gaps of 90 or more days within the past 12 months,• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required,• ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred,Additional Information• Black scrubs required,• Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment,• Local candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but subject to a reduced bill rate,• Candidates living within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this facility; after that, a minimum 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the 50-mile radius is required
