Shift times are: 0600 - 1600, 0900 - 2100, 1400 - 0000, 2000 - 0600 Current shifts are: Filled By Start Date Shift Start Time - Shift End Time End Date 12/31/2025 0600 - 1600 12/31/2025 1/12/2026 1400 - 0000 1/13/2026 1/17/2026 2000 - 0600 1/18/2026 1/24/2026 2000 - 0600 1/25/2026 1/25/2026 2000 - 0600 1/26/2026 1/30/2026 2000 - 0600 1/31/20261/31/2026 2000 - 0600 2/1/2026JOB DETAILS: Reason for Locum Coverage: Recruitment Gap Patients per day: total 80 day, 1.8 patients per hour for physicians Staff Support: APP 12 hours, full ED support with nursing and tech, full radiology, full lab Current EHR in use: Cerner Procedures/Skills Required: Family Medicine Procedures/Skills: Adult Outpatient, Pediatric-General Outpatient, Newborn resuscitation, Orthopedic-Non-displaced fractures, Suturing of minor lacerations, Incision & Drainage, Psychiatric-Uncomplicated adult, Psychiatric-Uncomplicated child/adolescent, Psychiatric-Uncomplicated geriatric, Diagnosis & management of common industrial-related medical problems, Ventilation management-establishing & maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation for up to 24 hrs w/o pulmonary consultation, Evaluation & management of acute volume/BP issues, Central Line, Arterial Line, EKG Interpretation, Arthrocentesis, Lumbar puncture, Paracentesis, EM related procedures Expenses: No Flights, travel must be in line with McLaren/AHSA Travel Policy Does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees No lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etc McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingRates to Submit: Malpractice must be included in rates Orientation - 1/2 of hourly rate for orientation and training Holiday - 1.5x OT - 1.5x Conversion Fee Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved Submission Requirements ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR Board Certified (No BE), will accept IM/FM with minimum of 2+ years of recent ED experience - [REQUIRED] MI License - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC - [REQUIRED] Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS - [REQUIRED] Provider must be local - [REQUIRED, no exceptions] Must have clean background for quick credentialing - [REQUIRED] no exceptions Please provide exact availability from dates listed above - [REQUIRED] Employee Health Requirement a.
