Expertise in the hardware lab with test, measurement, and prototyping equipment. Experience using a DMM, programmable power supply. Ability to execute test plans with minimal supervision and imperfect procedures. Experience flashing firmware and executing test scripts CLI. Strong communication, problem-solving & organization skills (device and data tracking). Electromechanical assembly/disassembly and wire harnessing skills. Hands-on soldering experience SMT, PTH, wire-to-wire, etc.) Experience with 3D printing, machining, and specialized test equipment. Ability to read schematics, PCB layout, and mechanical drawings.
