* Must reside in the Northwest region* Job Summary: To support the mission of the KPNW DME department by providing administrative services to the team, including, but not limited to managing incoming and outgoing calls, faxes and emails as well as management of the departments internal documentation platform, in compliance with Kaiser Permanente, state and federal guidelines. This position works under the supervision of the DME manager. Essential Responsibilities: * Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast, reliable, courteous, auditable, appropriate service to our customers (internal and external) and members for all DME needs. * Providing fax, phone, voicemail and email processing support for all DME requests as needed, ensuring all state and federal regulations and timeliness is met. * Support DME Department Manager, Lead, Operations Consultant and DME staff through the maintenance of the departments internal website platform (currently Sharepoint) as well as clerical support. * Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends or anomalies in customer communication. * Strong verbal communication skills in a high call volume call center environment. * Route and escalate calls to appropriate resources and/or management. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel and DME staff that are consistent with the individuals training and experience.
