A per diem pharmacist position is available in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 340B pharmacy environment, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused setting. This role involves using Liberty RX software to manage pharmacy operations efficiently and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Lunch break daily from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM No holidays or weekend shifts Dates required: January 29 and January 30 Key Responsibilities: Prepare drugs and prescription orders for collection or delivery following best practice protocols Oversee equipment and supply ordering, maintain inventory control Apply rigorous standards for storing prescription drugs and controlled substances Verify prescription details with healthcare specialists when necessary Maintain accurate and updated drug and controlled substances lists, checking expiration dates Monitor pharmacy appearance, including product displays and shelves Address customer requests and resolve complaints professionally Keep precise records of inventory, patient information, and insurance claims Provide telepharmacy support in collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager Ensure pharmacy compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Indiana Pharmacist license (verified) Current immunization license Resume, skills checklist, and references ready for submission Spanish language skills are a plus This per diem role is perfect for a licensed pharmacist seeking a focused, weekday-only schedule in a dynamic health center pharmacy setting.
