Moab Regional Hospital is seeking qualified candidates to fill an evening ultrasound technician position. This position provides diagnostic support for our patients through skilled use of imaging equipment, including ultrasounds, x-rays, and CT scans. The right candidate will be a team player and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. The schedule for this position is anticipated to be a Graveyard 7-on/7-off pattern; Wednesday - Saturday 2100 to 0700, or Sunday - Tuesday 1800 to 0600. "On-call" is not expected but must be willing to take some call if it is required. This would be a benefitted, year round position for a permanent, full-time employee. QualificationsMust be ARRT Certified.ARDMS certification preferred. General ultrasound and limited vascular, but will consider candidates without ultrasound.CT Experience required.Willingness to modify schedule to help accommodate time off requests.Must be reliable, punctual, and emotionally mature.Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral, written, and listening).Ability to work in a confidential manner.Must enjoy working as part of a small team.Must possess high levels of self-motivation and -management.Must possess a positive attitude. Must by flexible and accept other responsibilities that may be assigned.Must be willing to relocate to Moab, if living outside the area.
