Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral disordersImplement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modifications as neededProvide direct behavior intervention services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and communityCollaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans and generalization of skillsProvide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques, data collection, and other relevant topicsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and data collection sheetsParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunitiesQualifications:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Current licensure in behavior analysis in KentuckyMinimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis and interventionStrong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including conducting functional assessments, developing behavior plans, and analyzing dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgroundsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and standardsThis position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
