Job DescriptionJob Title: Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Dermatology Physician Assistant Location: Casa Grande, AZ (Must reside in or near the area) Position Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Dermatology Physician Assistant to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art dermatology clinic in Casa Grande, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to practice both medical and surgical dermatology with the support of an exceptional clinical and administrative team. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of medical dermatology conditions. Perform dermatologic procedures and minor surgeries (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, etc.). Assist in cosmetic dermatology procedures if desired (training available). Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality patient care. Collaborate with supervising physicians and support staff to maintain efficient clinic flow. Participate in patient education, treatment planning, and follow-up. Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Arizona. Dermatology experience required (medical and/or surgical). Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with physician oversight as needed. Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Must reside in or near Casa Grande, AZ. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus production incentives.
