As an After School Site Coordinator, you'll lead a dedicated team, build strong partnerships with families, and foster a safe, engaging environment where keiki can learn, play, and thrive. About the RoleAs a Site Coordinator, you'll oversee daily program operations while supporting staff and ensuring high-quality experiences for children. Each afternoon is filled with opportunities to connect, lead, and inspire through activities such as:Helping children unwind after school with snacks and structured playSupporting homework time and leading hands-on STEM activitiesEncouraging creativity through cooking projects and arts & craftsSupervising outdoor games, sports, and group activitiesBuilding strong relationships with families and school partnersEnsuring program quality, safety, and a positive team cultureWhy Kama'aina Kids?Work-Life BalanceNo nights or weekends.
