Job Purpose: * The MA Therapist - Licensed at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing high-quality mental health therapy services to clients. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with mental health disorders, promoting mental well-being, and supporting clients in achieving their personal goals through therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. * Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor progress towards achieving these goals. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. * Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated care for clients. * Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. * Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources to support recovery and well-being. * Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in the practice of therapy, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. * Stay informed about current trends and advancements in the field of mental health therapy to continually improve service delivery.
