About the job Optometrist - Temple, TX About the Role:A leading private eye care practice in Temple, TX, seeks a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join its friendly team. This opportunity offers a generous sign-on bonus, relocation support, and a collaborative clinical environment using advanced diagnostic technology. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and visual disorders Educate patients on ocular health and preventive care Recommend and fit specialty contact lenses Operate advanced equipment (Optos, glaucoma testing, lensometer, tonometer, phoropter) Collaborate with optometrists and support staff Serve approximately 22 patients each day Salary and Benefits: Compensation ranges from $120,640 to $196,040 annually Earn eligibility for a 14.5% production bonus Sign-On bonus offers $10,000 to $20,000 Relocation assistance provides up to $5,000 Maintain a Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM scheduleHow to Apply:Join a practice that values your expertise, supports your growth, and empowers you to make a meaningful difference.
