Job Description: The Library seeks an organized, self-motivated non-residential work studystudent to help maintain and submit digital scholarly objects into Still ScholarWorks, the ATSUinstitutional repository. The student will create several email communications for use by ourliaisons to send out to identified faculty published authors. The student will use alreadyidentified sources to maintain a database of ATSU published articles with the goal of theirinclusion into the ATSU repository. It is anticipated that this position will work 5-15 hours aweek. Training for all job duties will be provided.Job Duties? Compile list of faculty research in Excel spreadsheet or other databases/spreadsheetfrom disparate sources such as research newsletter, PubMed alerts, Scopus alerts.? Compose email to faculty and student authors for article submissions to StillScholarWorks, the ATSU repository.? Consult and interpret Romeo Sherpa database to request correct copy of articlesubmissions for inclusion in article request email.? Upload and include correct metadata for each submitted article ?
