Responsibilities: * Lead a team of 30+ in FOH operations * Develop future leaders * Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week * Work out of operation in your department 5-10 hours/week * Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance * Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service * Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress * Oversee business expenses and maximize profits * Develop future leaders Qualifications: * Experience in team leadership * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Humble servant-leader * Outstanding interpersonal skills * Strong project/time management skills * Self-starter with strong follow through * Ability to work independently on complex projects * Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change * Location: On-site at Chick-fil-A S.
