A school-based position is available in Salem, OR for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support middle, high, and elementary school students. This full-time contract role involves working with diverse caseloads tailored to district needs, providing specialized behavioral services in an educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral needs. Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Consult and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams on behavior management strategies. Monitor progress through data collection and analysis, maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and actively participate in meetings. Qualifications: Active BCBA certification required. Previous experience in school-based or pediatric environments is preferred. Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with school staff and families.
