This role is ideal for a provider who loves hands-on work but wants to leave behind the burnout of nights, weekends, and on-call requirements.Please apply to be considered or message Cody (cody@) with any additional questions.Why Join This Practice?• Lifestyle: Enjoy a strictly daytime schedule with No Nights, No Weekends, No Call, and No Holidays.• Flexibility: The practice offers a customizable schedule, allowing you to choose between a 4-day or 5-day work week.• Autonomy: This is a high-level clinical role with significant procedural autonomy.Core ResponsibilitiesYou will perform a high volume of image-guided procedures and manage patient care throughout the hospital setting.• Procedural Duties: Independently perform procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, CT-guided and Ultrasound-guided biopsies, and the placement/removal of PICC lines, tunneled catheters, and ports.• Clinical Management: Conduct comprehensive history and physicals (H&Ps), manage daily hospital rounds, and oversee inpatient consults.• Patient Coordination: Develop treatment plans, educate patients regarding discharge care, and document progress in the EMR.Qualifications & Requirements• Experience Required: Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience as a PA or NP in Interventional Radiology or a highly procedural specialty.• Licensure: Current Georgia PA or NP License (or eligibility to obtain).• Skills: Proficiency in sterile technique and image-guided procedures is required.• Tech: Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.Compensation & Benefits• Salary: Competitive base salary + Annual Bonus Potential.• Retirement: 401(k) plan with Employer Match.• Health: Complete Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.• Perks: CME Allowance, Life Insurance, and Malpractice Insurance (fully covered).• Time Off: Generous PTO package and paid holidays.
