Our Advance Dentistry team is growing and we're looking for some incredible team members to bring into the family!ROLE: Treatment Coordinator- Sedation DentistryTHE PARTICULARS:monthly bonuses401K with employer matchmedical Insurancevision coveragepaid holidayspaid vacation days paid sick daysfree dental care (minus lab fees)six weeks of dedicated trainingOpen Dental experience is a plusMonday 8-5, Tuesday OFF, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 8-5, Friday 7-4ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Treatment Coordinator your main responsibility will be patient care.Ensure that the treatment prescribed by the Doctor is fulfilled by the patient according to its urgencyHelp patients gain a better understanding of their treatment plan and explain any necessary steps it takes to completeCreate clear financial arrangements using patient's dental benefitsEnsure the completion of treatment plans with a good follow throughEnsure patients questions or concerns are handled professionally and promptly.
