Join CHCP as an Assistant LMRT Program DirectorAre you a radiologic professional ready to take the next step into academic leadership?At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant LMRT Program Director to support the success of our Limited Medical Radiologic Technology program.In this role, you'll collaborate with program leadership to ensure high-quality instruction, faculty support, and student success in a blended learning environment. What You'll DoTrain and support instructional staff for online and in-person course deliveryImplement and maintain curriculum aligned with program standards and accreditation requirementsProvide oversight of instructional quality and curriculum complianceEvaluate faculty performance and provide coaching and development supportReview lesson plans to ensure alignment with course objectivesMonitor student performance, including attendance, grades, and intervention effortsProvide academic advising and support student success initiativesAnalyze and report on student and faculty performance metricsAssist with class scheduling, advisory board preparation, and training initiativesSupport compliance with TWC, federal, and accrediting standardsParticipate in faculty recruitment, credentialing, and onboardingConduct student orientations and assist with prospective student interviewsReview completion, placement, and licensure outcomes with leadershipCollaborate with externship coordination to support clinical site development and student progressAssist registrar with maintaining accurate student and employee recordsCover classes as needed and support day-to-day program operations? What We're Looking ForCurrent LMRT or Radiologic Technologist license (required)Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiology (clinical, teaching, or both)Bachelor's degree (preferred)Strong understanding of academic policies, compliance, and blended learning environmentsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic setting? Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong data entry and reporting skills?
