Job Description:Job Title: Physician (Primary Care)Location: Hannibal, Columbia, or St. Louis, MO (Hannibal preferred)Department: CenterstoneEmployment Type: Full TimeShift: Monday - FridayJob Summary: In this role as a Physician, you will provide direct patient care, including medical evaluations, medication management, and emergency services for individuals struggling with medical and addiction issues.
