This role is essential in closing learning gaps and helping students build confidence, conceptual understanding, and fluency in mathematics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Deliver daily, research-based math intervention lessons in small group and one-on-one settings. * Use diagnostic tools to assess students' math skills and identify specific areas of need. * Design and implement data-driven intervention plans to help students reach grade-level proficiency. * Collaborate with school teams to review student progress and support instructional decisions. * Monitor and document student growth regularly, adjusting instruction as needed. * Work closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and support personnel to align math interventions with core instruction. Qualifications Applicants must have at least 48 college hours or a passing score on the ParaPro exam.
