The Director has a focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: * Satisfactory work experience, demonstrating nursing knowledge and skill, interest, leadership, and willingness to accept responsibility. * Licensed to practice as a RN in Oklahoma. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in area of nursing supervision. * Preferably two year's management experience. * BSN required; Masters and/or certification. * Current CPR card or completion with in 30 days of employment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare and process information, supervise practice of employees, and monitor the environment. * Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections. * Must be able to talk and hear to converse with others, in person, by phone, or other platforms. * Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete necessary work schedule. * Able to work in latex burdened environment.
