Job Description Location: Fresno, CaliforniaPosition Type: Locum | Physician - OBGYNOverviewA community hospital in Fresno, CA is seeking a Board Certified OBGYN Hospitalist to provide locum coverage for various dates in March and April. This is a 375-bed facility with a well-established obstetrics program and strong clinical support.Practice Highlights• 375-bed community hospital• EPIC EMR documentation system• 20% Gynecology / 80% Obstetrics practice mix• No trauma designation• Exposure to low-risk and high-risk obstetric cases• Facility provides travel and lodging reimbursementCandidate Requirements• Board Certified in OBGYN - REQUIRED• Active California Medical License - REQUIRED• BLS Certification - REQUIRED• Must be proficient in low-risk and high-risk pregnancy management• Experience with OB ultrasounds (Level I & II, interpretation and performance)• Ability to perform routine and complicated deliveries including C-sections• Experience with surgical gynecology procedures including ectopic pregnancy, cystectomy, and ovary removal• Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days) - REQUIREDSchedule & Coverage• Coverage needed for various dates in March and April• Hospitalist-based obstetrics coverage• Credentialing timeframe varies based on submission completenessWhy Fresno, California?Fresno offers a low cost of living, family-friendly community, and easy access to Yosemite National Park, mountains, and California's Central Coast, making it an excellent place for both work and leisure.How to ApplyIf you are a Board Certified OBGYN licensed in California and available for locum coverage, please apply with your CV, availability, and credentialing documents.
