In this role, you'll maintain a balanced mix of clinic and operating room time while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a broad range of general surgery conditions. You'll coordinate pre- and post-operative care and utilize a full range of surgical approaches, including minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopic and robotic surgery, as well as traditional methods.Typical schedule includes two clinic days and two OR days per weekShared call coverage with expectations dependent on team sizeOpportunity to discuss additional clinical interests, with emphasis on maintaining balanced case volumesHow we'll support you:We care about your well-being, which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package.
