Our world-class training will prepare you for the job! What is Behavior Support?Behavior Support performs a variety of tasks related to the care of clients served by Damar. What would I be doing?Some duties include client supervision and care, crisis management, promoting appropriate social behaviors, and supporting clients in achieving their maximum potential.Where would I work with clients?For this particular role, you could work on our Children's Residential campus located at 6067 Decatur Boulevard in Indianapolis.What are the hours?1st shift  (7:00 am - 3:30 pm / weekend rotation every 3rd week)2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm / weekend rotation every 3rd week)Weekend (7:00 am - 11:00 pm / Sat & Sun) *Can pick up an optional 8 hour shift Monday-Friday(* Preferred shift may not be available at time of application.)Here are just a few of the benefits you'll enjoy at Damar:Starting pay: $15.25 an hour!
