Lead the pharmacy operations as a Pharmacy Manager in a dynamic retail environment. This opportunity offers flexibility with either an interim role (3-6 months) or a permanent position, focusing on delivering excellent patient care while managing all aspects of pharmacy performance and compliance. Location: Ogdensburg, NY Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Closed Sundays Key Responsibilities: Register as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge with the state board of pharmacy. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies. Oversee pharmacy operations including budget, payroll, third-party administration, staffing, and inventory management. Manage pharmacy personnel, conduct performance reviews, provide training, and ensure completion of required company training. Engage in business development within the store and the local community. Deliver patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs. Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication use, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety. Maintain an organized and professional pharmacy environment. Complete continuing education requirements per state law. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active NY State Pharmacist License Immunization Certification with confidence administering all vaccines Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Additional Information: This position includes contract and permanent options.
