The Behavior Support staff works collaboratively with Key Kids Lead Staff to help develop strategies that can support positive behavioral outcomes. Performs site visits and assists in direct child care and supervision as needed. Assists Key Kids clerical staff as needed.Qualifications: Two years of post-secondary education or experience in education, social work or related field. Demonstrates knowledge of child development. Minimum of one year experience working with school age children.
