Job Description

In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. #CH #LI-TA1 Responsibilities * Coordinate plant receiving activities, including drum staging, profile access, and documentation processing * Perform data entry into systems such as Powersuite, WIN, and other internal databases * Create and print outbound manifests, hazardous waste labels, and shipping documents * Maintain organized filing systems for plant, shipping, and regulatory paperwork * Track and manage trailer inventories, including updating shared files and scanning storage areas * Prepare TPO shipping papers for rejected materials as needed * Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper housekeeping within assigned areas * Support general administrative and clerical functions for the facility * Assist with additional duties as assigned based on business needs
