Key Responsibilities: Lead pharmacy staff by supervising, training, and evaluating performance. Manage recruitment, scheduling, and disciplinary actions to maintain a productive team. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA and controlled substances security. Provide medication counseling and conduct comprehensive medication reviews. Maintain accurate medication dispensing and patient records with high-quality assurance. Foster professional development and continuous education within the team. Participate in operational decision-making and drive business growth through effective solutions. Handle pharmacy operations including inventory management, medication inspections, and emergency responses. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree. Current New Mexico pharmacist license. 1-3 years of experience as a registered pharmacist. Minimum 1-2 years management experience preferred. Retail 340B experience is advantageous.
