Title: Locum - Physician - Gastroenterology Longmont, CODescription: Summary: Longmont United Hospital is looking for a locum Gastroenterologist to help fill their May (single date) of coverage. ongoing dates will begin July 2026 when schedules are released Hospital coverage only, no clinic. EMR Required Training:Credentialing Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into "applicant in training" to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account. Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR Virtual (PPL) training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day. First Day Details - Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training, before first day details can be released. When booking they must reference Centura Health or LUH, to receive the prenegotiated rate between the facility and hotel. Providers are required to book at the preferred hotel when room are available. If rooms are not available, they must follow the CommonSpirit Health travel policy. Air Travel: Local/drive-in candidates only - Highly PreferredPlease detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation.
