In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, and helping them access the full value of our services. Job Responsibilities • Client Outreach: Proactively engage with clients daily via phone calls and text to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction. • Communications: Coordinate and execute the distribution communications to keep clients informed about new offerings and updates. • Service Consultation: Identify opportunities to introduce ancillary services that may benefit clients. • Carrier Coordination: Contact insurance carriers on clients' behalf to resolve inquiries, facilitate services, and ensure smooth communication. • Mission Alignment: Uphold our commitment to alleviating challenges, enhancing client satisfaction, and maximizing the value of our services. Additionally, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned at management's discretion. Minimum Qualifications • Fluent and bilingual in English and Spanish (required). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and building rapport over the phone. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify client needs and connect them with solutions. • Prior customer service, outreach, or client relations experience preferred.
