This direct hire leadership opportunity offers the chance to serve as Manager of Regional Pharmacy, providing operational leadership across assigned pharmacy sites to support financial performance, quality initiatives, and system-wide pharmacy operations. Location: Janesville, WI Schedule: Monday-Friday with 24/7 accountability Employment Type: Direct Hire Position Overview: The Manager of Regional Pharmacy directs all pharmacy operations functions for assigned sites in collaboration with key stakeholders. This role supports the Director of Pharmacy in policy development, quality assurance initiatives, and performance standard implementation, ensuring efficient and compliant pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement hospital pharmacy procedures aligned with institutional policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with system pharmacy leadership on operational planning, budgeting, problem-solving, and solution development Foster strong communication and partnerships with medical staff and other hospital departments Develop pharmacy information management programs, charge systems, and inventory control processes in coordination with IT Participate in organizational committees such as Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Safety, Information Systems, and Patient Medication Safety Manage human resource functions including hiring, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation adjustments, and employee relations Ensure pharmacy operations meet productivity, budget, engagement, and patient outcome goals Fulfill duties of pharmacy manager and perform other assigned responsibilities Qualifications: PharmD degree from an accredited college or university Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years supervisory or management experience Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required This opportunity is ideal for an experienced pharmacy leader committed to advancing pharmacy services within a hospital setting.
