TI Superintendent (Healthcare / Medical) | Houston, TXTitle: Superintendent - Tenant Improvements (Healthcare / Medical)Location: Houston, TX (We are in the process of starting up a location here)Type: Full-timeStart: ASAP (target hire within 3 weeks)About the roleWe're hiring a TI Superintendent to run day-to-day field execution for healthcare/medical interior renovations. This role owns site logistics, subcontractor coordination, short-interval planning, safety, quality, and schedule-often in occupied environments.What you'll doLead daily jobsite operations for TI/interior renovation projects: scheduling, manpower coordination, materials, equipment, productivity, quality, and safety.Coordinate and direct subcontractors and vendors; run weekly lookaheads and daily huddles; remove constraints.Maintain site documentation: daily reports, RFI/ASI field input, inspections, punchlists, and turnover readiness.Execute healthcare/medical requirements where applicable: infection control coordination, clean/dirty separation, noise/dust control, after-hours tie-ins, and strict housekeeping.What you bring (required)5-10+ years field leadership experience with strong commercial TI/interiors background; healthcare/medical renovation experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to drive schedule and quality while coordinating multiple trades in tight spaces and occupied buildings.Safety-first mindset and strong communication.PreferredHealthcare occupied renovation experience (MOB/clinic/ASC/hospital renovations).Familiarity with healthcare compliance expectations (infection control workflows, interim life safety, etc.).OSHA 30.Comp & benefitsCompetitive base + bonus, truck/allowance, benefits, PTO.
