Job Description NEW Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Scientist Opening at a hospital located outside of Orlando, FL! This hospital is recognized for combining clinical experience and groundbreaking technology to provide the best patient-centered care experience. This hospital offers a variety of services including (but not limited to) surgery, cardiac care, stroke care, and neurosurgery. This not-for-profit hospital is looking to hire a permanent and full time Medical Technologist/ MLS! The Clinical Laboratory Technologist/ Medical Technologist is responsible for performance of diagnostic procedures in the area for which they are assigned. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled in areas in which they are licensed. This individual helps maintain an excellent rapport between Laboratory staff and other hospital departments. For consideration, applicants must have his or her Florida State License as Medical Technologist - Medical Laboratory Scientist in all 6 areas. ASCP Certification is preferred!
