Our work changes outcomes-and it starts with confident conversations that help pet owners and referring veterinarians move forward with the right next step. This role is a consultative position focused on treatment coordination, patient care guidance, and advanced imaging services. You'll work directly with pet owners and veterinary partners to explain options, remove barriers, and help cases progress from referral to resolution. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for pet owners and referring veterinary teams, driving sales of advanced imaging Lead conversations that connect clinical recommendations to clear next steps in care via phone, email, text and in-person Coordinate advanced imaging services by guiding clients through options, timing, and preparation Build trust quickly and maintain strong relationships that encourage repeat utilization and long-term partnerships Confidently discuss the value, benefits, and urgency of advanced diagnostic imaging Manage inbound and outbound communication to move cases forward efficiently Partner closely with clinical, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless patient experiences Track follow-through, documentation, and scheduling to ensure nothing stalls or falls through the cracks Who Thrives in This Role Innately helpful and comfortable guiding high-stakes conversations Motivated by outcomes, momentum, and closing the loop on patient care Confident explaining complex information in a clear, reassuring way Resilient, energetic, and unfazed by objections or tough questions Relationship-driven-you enjoy winning trust and becoming a go-to resource Professional, polished, and proactive Adaptable and quick-thinking in a dynamic clinical environmentWhat You Bring Previous experience in customer-facing success, service coordination, or consultative roles Veterinary or medical experience strongly preferred (but not required) Proven ability to influence decisions while maintaining empathy and professionalism Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfort using scheduling, CRM, and invoicing platforms (EzyVet, HubSpot, Slack, G-Suite a plus) Reliable attendance, accountability, and follow-through Willingness to assist hands-on with patients when needed (training provided) Schedule & Benefits Full-time, 8-hour weekday shifts Rotating half-day remote Saturdays (approximately once per month) Remote work option after full training Competitive hourly pay based on experience 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Continuing education and professional development
