A leading North Texas infusion center is seeking a highly skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with the goal of long-term employment. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment providing specialized infusion therapy services including antibiotic therapy, fertility treatments, and complex biologic infusions. Location: Dallas, TX (3409 Worth Street, Suite 740, Dallas 75246) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (exact shift TBD) Primary Responsibilities: Prepare sterile IV admixtures such as TPN, antibiotics, chemotherapy, and specialty infusions in strict compliance with USP and standards Label, package, and stage compounded products accurately to ensure pharmacist verification and timely delivery Maintain clean room sterility by performing daily, weekly, and monthly environmental cleaning and proper garbing, with thorough documentation Manage inventory of IV medications and supplies efficiently Complete precise compounding logs, batch records, and quality control paperwork Support any additional tasks as directed by a licensed pharmacist Qualifications and Experience: Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License required PTCB certification required IV Certification required Minimum 2 years recent sterile compounding experience (3+ years preferred) At least 4 years recent pharmacy technician experience Proven expertise in aseptic technique and sterile compounding protocols This urgent backfill requires a top-tier sterile compounding technician knowledgeable in aseptic protocols to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and product quality.
