Primary Care Physician (Accepting new graduates) Location: Harrison County, MS Job type: Full-time, on-site Schedule: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) Sign ON/Relocation: Upto $15K Position Summary: We are seeking a Primary Care Physician who will be serving as a key leader within a team-based, value-driven care model focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for senior patients. This role emphasizes a patient-centered, concierge-style approach supported by a multidisciplinary team, advanced analytics, and coordinated care systems. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in accordance with established clinical standards of careProvide comprehensive primary care services with a focus on senior populationsDeliver patient-centered care with an emphasis on quality outcomesCoordinate patient services including:Specialty referralsHospital and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) transitionsDurable medical equipmentHome health care servicesActively participate in daily team huddles as a key clinical expertCollaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, behavioral health specialists, and care teamsSupport a positive and cooperative work environment alongside the Lead Physician and Center AdministratorComplete accurate and timely medical record documentation dailyPartner with quality-based coders to ensure optimized documentation|Follow all clinical policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCurrent and unrestricted medical license (or willingness to obtain licensure in Mississippi and other assigned regions)Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS or AOA) in:Family MedicineInternal MedicineGeriatric Medicine (preferred)Active and unrestricted DEA licenseMedicare and Medicaid Provider NumbersStrong interpersonal and communication skills Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed base salary plus performance-based bonusComprehensive health insurance (effective first of the month following start date)CME allowance and paid time offOccurrence-based malpractice insurance401(k) retirement planLife insurance and short-/long-term disability coveragePaid time off and holidaysMinimal on-call responsibilities For more info: Rupal- (972) 388-8805 or rupal.singh@
