The Medical Screener plays a vital role in donor eligibility by conducting health screenings, performing medical tests, and ensuring donor safety and comfort throughout the process. Responsibilities include greeting and interviewing donors, verifying identification, recording health information, and performing vital sign measurements in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a commitment to safety and confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to providing a positive donor experience.
