Description + Accurately process claims, invoices, and patient billing statements + Review medical records and documentation for billing compliance + Verify insurance coverage and eligibility + Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing codes (ICD, CPT, HCPCS) and regulatory requirements + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely reimbursement + Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing and insurance Requirements + Experience in medical billing or collections in a healthcare setting + Working knowledge of revenue cycle management and medical terminology + Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and insurance processes + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
