Perform advanced nuclear medicine imaging procedures in a dynamic clinical setting located in Alexandria, LA, with a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a wide range of routine and advanced nuclear medicine imaging exams with accuracy and patient-centered care. Support radiologists and referring physicians by providing meaningful assistance to enhance diagnostic outcomes. Maintain radiation safety protocols and handle radionuclides and pharmaceuticals in compliance with regulations. Troubleshoot equipment issues, oversee QA processes, and manage image processing and archiving systems effectively. Demonstrate flexibility by working varying shifts or locations as necessary. Adhere to organizational core values, confidentiality standards, and departmental policies. Participate in ongoing education, safety initiatives, and professional development to stay current within the field. Qualifications and Experience: Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or equivalent. Nuclear Medicine Technology certification by ARRT or NMTCB is required. State licensure valid for Louisiana (LRT(N) or LRT(F) by LSRTBE) or applicable state authorization. Basic computer proficiency. At least one year of clinical nuclear medicine experience preferred.
