**Role Overview** The **Medical Economics Solutions Director** works closely with the VP of Medical Economics and BI to drive progress on projects that support the strategic initiatives of the organization. **Work Arrangement** + This is a 100% Remote position but you must live in EST or CST times zones **Responsibilities** + Leads the identification of anomalies and proposes solutions designed to drive improvements. + Coordinate across the Enterprise to ensure solutions support and optimize key product performance goals + Supports new business development activities (growth and execution), ensuring local market program and contractual needs are understood and articulated in cross-functional implementation + Resolve issues, which can span from standalone issues to complex large systemic issues + Provides regular reporting on projects, key metrics, open issues, and barriers to completion + Organizes, problem-solves, raises issues, and integrates initiatives on behalf of the VP of Med Econ and Enterprise Analytics executive leadership + Acts as a liaison to operating entity and staff group org organizations to resolve problems and ensure successful implementation of functional initiatives and related projects + Track, monitor, and drive resolutions to ensure achievement of desired objectives + Trending of issues and identification of enterprise remediation and solutions; standardization and enhancement, where possible, with the goal of improving day-to-day business operations + Provide ad hoc support as needed to Directors of the Medical Economics department + Provide support and direction for resolution of escalated, cross-functional issues + Work in conjunction with key stakeholders across the Enterprise to support enterprise solutions that enhance integration and standardization and facilitate process improvements within **Education and Experience** + Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, IT, IS, or a related field required; Masters preferred + At least ten (10) or more years of experience in health plan analytics with in-depth analytics, technical expertise, and business knowledge + Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with and through people to achieve exceptional results + Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in presenting analytic results + Minimum of seven 7 years' experience in healthcare data analysis and information reporting, facilitation, decision-making, organizational/business expertise, and analytical skills + Minimum of seven (7) years' experience with SQL and Tableau / Power BI + Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Our Comprehensive Benefits Package** Flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules, Competitive pay, Paid time off including holidays and volunteer events, Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents on Day 1, 401(k) Tuition reimbursement and more.
