About the roleThis is a remote full or part time hourly position, with potential eligibility for benefitsAs a Clinical Intelligence Specialist at Generator Health, you will help define the clinical standards that guide how we scale our platform. You'll translate your experience into structured frameworks that inform everything from how medical records are interpreted to how treatment decisions are supported: improving accuracy, speed, and consistency of patient access workflows across the board.This is a high-context, cross-functional role that blends clinical expertise with systems thinking. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and AI teams to define decision logic, surface edge cases, and help us build reliable, clinically sound tools. Your work will shape the foundation of how Generator Health supports providers and patients at scale and help ensure our platform reflects the best of both medicine and technology.This is a demanding role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. If you are hungry to learn and excited about impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.If you join, you will:Translate clinical expertise into scalable logic, workflows, and quality standards used across Generator Health's platformCurate and audit datasets to maintain high-quality, representative training and testing materialEvaluate and refine system performance to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability, using your expertise to analyze feedback and resolve issues with AI and agent outputsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure platform behavior reflects real-world clinical reasoning and standardsExpand knowledge across medical specialties to inform the development of AI solutions tailored to diverse clinical needsInform the development of new products, services, and specialty-specific modulesWe'll be most excited if you have:2-8 years as a board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or similar advanced clinical role, directly providing patient care and clinical decision-makingExperience as part of an interdisciplinary team in outpatient or specialty settings, particularly in contexts involving medication prior authorizations and ensuring patient access to therapyStrong written communication, with an ability to translate clinical complexity into context and logic that can be understood by non-clinical teamsComfort and/or a strong interest in collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teammates on building new technologiesHigh NPS with your former teammatesOur salary ranges are based on a number of factors, including qualifications, experience level, and geography.Generator Health is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.
