This thriving and well-established private practice focuses on minimally invasive surgeries, advanced procedures, and proven techniques designed to help patients address urological issues with comfort and efficiency.We are seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently in a clinical setting, supported by a collaborative office environment with a skilled urologist and a team that prioritizes teamwork, commitment, and mutual support. A physician is always available for consultation, and while experience is preferred, we welcome and are willing to train new graduates.This is an excellent opportunity for an NP or PA who will enjoy evaluating, monitoring, and educating patients on a variety of urological conditions, such as urinary tract infections, gross hematuria, incontinence, kidney stones, prostate cancer, and more. NO weekends!Job duties include but are not limited to:Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients to include evaluation, diagnosis and educationAbility to provide exceptional customer service Communicate with clinical staff and collaborating physicians regarding patient careChart daily visit notes in an electronic medical record in a timely fashionExperience and Qualifications:Minimum three years of NP/PA experience, preferredInterest in treating patients with urological conditionsCurrent Virginia NP or PA License and unencumbered DEA License, requiredSelf-motivated, directed, flexible and a team playerPositive attitude and customer service orientationCompensation: $128,000 plus productivity bonusBenefits (full-time employees only):Paid Time OffHealth Insurance401k
