Key Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the nightConduct routine room checks and maintain accurate documentationSupport residents in adhering to their treatment plans and facility rulesAssist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessaryCommunicate effectively with clinical staff and participate in shift change reportsMaintain a clean, structured, and therapeutic environment? Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferredPrevious experience in behavioral health, residential care, or similar setting is a plusAbility to remain alert and responsive during overnight hoursStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Must pass background check and drug screening?
