Job DescriptionExciting opportunity for a BC/BE Hematologist Oncologist to join a dynamic team in Fargo, ND!Highlights:Join a team of 4 MDs and 3 APC's, with anticipated future growth/expansionWork alongside a caring and attentive team, including nutrition support, a social worker, nurse navigators, behavioral therapists, certified cancer care physical therapists and lymphedema specialistsConsultative Call Only: Hospitalists handle admissions and overnight coverageManage an average of 10-12 follow-up visits and 2-4 new patients per dayCall Schedule: Approximately 8-10 days per monthProvide care one day per week/month (depending on the week) to other regional clinicsAccess to Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Genetic Counseling and Palliative CareParticipate in Multidisciplinary Tumor Board ConferencesUtilize telemedicine/TCON/Virtual Visits and community cancer centers to extend our reachBenefit from our NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant, providing access to cutting-edge clinical trialsProgram is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center Program (INCP) accreditation by the Commission on Cancer and we hold a certification from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) accredited by the American College of SurgeonsEpic EMRCompensation/Benefits:Competitive salary of $585k/annuallyGenerous benefits packageHired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensationThe Community:Living in Fargo, North Dakota, offers a vibrant urban experience with a strong sense of community and a mix of cultural, educational, and recreational opportunities.
